Outrank.com Employees Successfully Dunked by Peers
That’s right: To beat the summer heat, we here at Outrank.com thought it would be a great idea to once again set up a Dunk Tank in our parking lot and let the employees have at their managers and peers. What a great time!
All week, employees earned chances to try and dunk the manager of their choice – the excitement was palpable. “I couldn’t wait!” says Mark, one of our Account Managers. “I just couldn’t decide who I wanted to try my hand at dunking; I wanted to get them all!”
After the management team had their turn, a few of the braver employees ventured into the tank, daring their counterparts to have a go. By the end of the day, there was hardly a dry person left in the parking lot, but it was all worth it!
